Look How I'm Feeling Cards

These "Look How I'm Feeling" cards are an easy and effective tool to support children's social-emotional learning, a life-long process that helps children (and adults) to understand and manage their emotions. Intended for children aged approximately 2-8 years, the "Look How I'm Feeling" cards are designed to develop self-awareness of emotions by building competencies in recognizing and naming their emotions. These competencies are the foundation for children's ability to regulate and manage their emotions, thoughts and behaviour as well as setting the stage for greater empathy and positive relationship with others. 
 
The cards are 4x6 inches and come with a guide on how the cards can be utilized with your child.
